अमेरिका में गोल्डमैन सैक्स के फ्रॉड के उजागर होने का असर आज भारतीय शेयर बाजार पर पड़ सकता है और अनुमान है कि बीएसई सेंसेक्स सुबह के कारोबार में 200-250 अंक नीचे जा सकता है। हालांकि दोपहर-बाद इसमें सुधार आने की संभावना है। इससे पहले रिजर्व बैंक की तरफ से मंगलवार को ब्याज दरों में वृद्धि की चिंता बाजार पर छाई हुई थी। अब इस चिंता में गोल्डमैन सैक्स के मामले ने आग में घी का काम कर दिया है। इसलिए पूरी गुंजाइश है कि बाजार आज नीचे जाएगा। लेकिन इससे घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है क्योंकि बाद में खरीद का समर्थन पाकर बाजार के उठने के आसार हैं।
असल में अमेरिका के वित्तीय नियामक सिक्यूरिटूज एंड एक्सचेंज कमीशन (एसईसी) ने निवेश बैंक गोल्डमैन सैक्स पर आरोप लगाया है कि उसने निवेशकों के साथ धोखाधड़ी की है। उसका आरोप है गोल्डमैन सैक्स ने ऐसा 2007 में किया जब अमेरिका में हाउसिंग बाज़ार तेज़ी से गिर रहा था। वैसे, गोल्डमैन सैक्स ने इन आरोपों से इनकार किया है और कहा है कि वो अपनी छवि के बचाव में सारे ज़रूरी क़दम उठाएगा। जब ये खबर आई कि एसईसी गोल्डमैन के ख़िलाफ़ धांधली के आरोप दायर कर रहा है तो इस निवेश बैंक के शेयर 12 फीसदी गिर गए।
एसईसी का कहना है कि निवेश बैंक ने अपने उपभोक्ताओं को ये अहम जानकारी नहीं दी कि उसका एक क्लाइंट ‘पॉलसन एंड कंपनी’ इस चुनाव में मदद करता है कि कौन सी सिक्यूरिटी को मॉर्टगेज पोर्टफ़ोलियो में शामिल करना है। ये प्रतिभूतियाँ निवेशकों को 2007 में बेची गई थीं। ‘पॉलसन एंड कंपनी’ दुनिया के सबसे बड़े हेज फ़ंडों में से एक है। एसईसी का कहना है कि गोल्डमैन सैक्स ने पॉलसन के अनुरोध पर एक विशेष लेन-देन किया जिसमें अहम चीज़ों का चयन पॉलसन ने किया ताकि उसके आर्थिक हितों का फ़ायदा हो सके। अमेरिका के वित्तीय नियामक के मुताबिक जब अमेरीका के हाउसिंग बाज़ार में संकट आया तो मॉर्टगेज प्रतिभूतियों में निवेशकों को एक अरब से ज़्यादा का नुकसान हुआ।
ये पहली दफ़ा है जब अमेरिका में नियामकों ने वॉल स्ट्रीट के किसी ऐसे लेन-देन के ख़िलाफ़ कार्रवाई की है जिसमें कथित तौर पर निवेशकों की मदद की गई ताकि वो हाउसिंग बाज़ार संकट के दौरान फ़ायदा उठा सकें।
बता दें कि अमेरिका के हाउसिंग बाज़ार में आए संकट के बाद ही दुनिया में आर्थिक मंदी का दौर शुरू हुआ था।
So, just few days back this anonymous obscure creature was predicting all good things and now he is telling us to hold patience. What kind of mess is this. Actually no research or any prediction or any model of brain can not ever tell whats gonna happen in the market or what will happen in the future. Its all a propaganda of these creatures to fool more peoples. Everybody knows that everything is normal then this huge population and consumption will eventually take the market up. No soothsayer or a creature (Chakri or whatever you say) is needed!!! But still we fall in their trap. They sell research reports for 10,000/- or whatever huge sums. I’m requesting these creature to please stop confusing the market. Please spare us of your thoughts. Will you tell me how much breathe you will in and out today!!!!!!?????? You are or anyone for that matter can ever predict anything.

This ‘Market’ is and will remain unpredictable to a certain extent!
BUT we wish our market was ‘mature’ enough to respond only to the factors like population, consumption and the fair play. We know that there are ‘internal players’ doing their bit and apart from that there is solid research/trends based analysis upon which Chakri or we predict! We are not soothsayers or astrologers; we are analysts!
