अमित जी ने नए साल की शुरुआत में हमें टीसीआई फाइनेंस (बीएसई – 501242, एनएसई – TCIFINANCE) में निवेश की संस्तुति भेजी थी। 4 जनवरी को इसे हमने उनकी तरफ से इसे इसी कॉलम में पेश भी किया। तब यह शेयर 47.95 रुपए पर था। अब शुक्रवार, 14 जनवरी को 72.30 रुपए के नए शिखर पर बंद हुआ है। महज नौ सत्रों में 50.78 फीसदी की शानदार बढ़त!!! अमित जी! वाकई आपने हमें ही नहीं, अर्थकाम के सारे पाठकों को अपनी पारखी नजर की दाद देने के लिए मजबूर कर दिया है। हमने जब टीसीआई फाइनेंस के वर्तमान को लेकर कुछ सवाल उठाए तो अमित ने उसका भी वाजिब जवाब दिया। आइए देखते हैं कि उनका क्या कहना था।
टीसीआई फाइनेंस की कहानी इंडिया सिक्यूरिटीज की तरह है, जहां एस्सार के प्रवर्तकों ने वोडाफोन एस्सार की अपनी 11 फीसदी इक्विटी बेहद सस्ते दामों पर इंडिया सिक्यूरिटीज को ट्रांसफर कर दी थी। यही काम गति समूह के प्रवर्तकों ने किया जब उन्होंने हाइडेल पावर प्रोजेक्ट की 25 फीसदी इक्विटी महज 10.80 करोड़ रुपए में टीसीआई फाइनेंस को दे दी। इसकी वजह यह थी कि टीसीआई फाइनेंस में उनकी इक्विटी हिस्सेदारी पहले से काफी अधिक थी।
अब प्रवर्तक अपनी लिस्टेड होल्डिंग कंपनी को उठाने की हरचंद कोशिश में लगे हैं। वे शेयरधारकों के लिए मूल्य पैदा करना चाहते हैं, वैल्यू क्रिएशन करना चाहते हैं। यह बात टीसीआई फाइनेंस की सालाना रिपोर्ट से भी पुष्ट की जा सकती है कि हाइडेल पावर प्रोजेक्ट की होल्डिंग कंपनी में उसकी इक्विटी हिस्सेदारी है। यह बात मीडिया में आ चुकी है। समाचार एजेंसी रायटर्स ने कुछ महीने पहले इस बाबत खबर चलाई थी।
अमित ने ऊर्जा मंत्रालय से जुड़े केंद्रीय विद्युत प्राधिकरण (सीईए) का एक लिंक भी दिया है जिसे 30 नवंबर 2011 तक देश की विभिन्न पन-बिजली परियोजनाओं या हाइडेल पावर प्रोजेक्ट्स की अद्यतन स्थिति का विवरण है। इसमें दी गई सारिणी के 33वें क्रमाक पर गति समूह की पन-बिजली परियोजनाओं की स्थिति दी गई है। इसके मुताबिक उसकी पहली इकाई को फरवरी 2011 और दूसरी इकाई को मार्च 2011 से शुरू हो जाना है। हालांकि विलंब की वजह से परियोजना की लागत 448.76 करोड़ रुपए से बढ़कर 651.50 करोड़ रुपए हो गई है।

sir, till what price we hold this stock.
it will be very difficult for operator to exit from tci finance till it is in t group and till it is shifted to b group tci finance will reach 1000 rs. for minimum next 2 month tci finance will be in trade to trade
t group.
it`s very simple logic without volume they cant offload their big quantity and even when upper circuit will be open when ever it will be shifted to b group tci finance will not hit lower circuit because it will be split and bonus will be declared and even dividend could be
declared so don’t worry be relaxed and enjoy the ride.
this is what my logic, experience and equation says but if it is shifted in b group next month then we have to see what new equation are formed ,

I admire ur confidence when u first introduced it at 20 odd levels..At one time I had 2000shares..but I sold them at 40 plus levels..now holding only 235…shall try to add more to reach atleast 500 mark.Thanks again Amit .If u can foresee any more such wonder stocks with ur brilliant study..do reveal it to us. Aur ek khas bat sirf 50 shares ke initial trading baad hi ye stock Lower Circuit pe lagta hai.Operators logon ko bhi salam, sirf 50 shares and lower circuit. Kya baat hai. Kitne logon ko mar dala.

अमित शाह जी, अच्छा व्यंग्य कर लेते हो आप। जहां तक मेरी बात है मेरे पास न कभी टीसीआई फाइनेंस का कोई शेयर था, न आज है। दूसरे 28 जनवरी को ही मैंने 111.65 के भाव पर आगाह किया था कि इस पर लोअर सर्किट लगना शुरू हो गया है, इसलिए चाहें तो इससे निकल लें। इससे निकलने का तरीका भी मैंने अपने अनुभव से बताया था कि कैसे बंद भाव से करीब 5 फीसदी नीचे का ऑर्डर लगाना चाहिए।

Do read his article fully whatever he has said that “Market cap is going to be tripled, or even upto 1000 Crores”, Also he has said that “Stock can go upto 1000/-” in one of his article.
However I have found that it is just operators manipulation. The way by which it is hitting LC with just one share traded at morning. How any stock can hit LC with just one or 50 shares traded at opening bell. It is operators game only.
Pahle 1000/- ka target dene ka , bad me CNBC pe buy karke recommend karne ka aur logon ko trap karke aur usi din secontinuous LC laga dene ka, yahi unki chalbaji hai.

Dear all..Amit has been recommending this stock when it was hocering at 20 odd levels…many criticised him for this stock..but he kept on giving positive facts about this share…now when it has locked in L.C after crossing 110…y blame him…and many times this stock fell from 40 levels to drop to 30 levels..and then it started shooting up ..hitting U.C ‘s….even those who entered at 40 levels made 100% profit when it crossed 80…itna confidence …itna faida karana kissi aur ke bass ki baat naheen…yes when a particular stock has risen sooo fast..it becomes bit risky to buy it immediately..one need to wait till it consolidates…and who knows at later stage..it may cross 1000…even if it crosses 500 tab bhi chaandi hi chaandi hai..why not wait bhai logon…and instead of criticising Amit ..be thankful to him for making wonderful recommendations…
